All prices at Dyreportratter.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and other charges. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Subject to sold-out items.
Dyreportratter.dk accepts payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. The amount will not be charged to your account until the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued products.
Dyreportratter.dk aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 PM on the same day; orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.
We do not deliver abroad or to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your items are shipped with GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the selected pickup location, your package will be moved to the nearest available location. You will be notified accordingly.

Deliveries are made on weekdays. Your order will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
Some items may have special delivery terms, which will be specified prior to purchase.
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from incorrect use of the product/service.
You must make a claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Dyreportratter.dk will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept packages sent COD.
If a refund is due, please provide your bank account information (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information is not sensitive and may be safely provided via email or other electronic means. It will only be used for processing your refund.
As our products are custom-made and unique, we do not offer a right of withdrawal. Each product is made specifically for you upon order and therefore cannot be returned.
If you wish to cancel your order, you are always welcome to contact us to check whether a designer has started working on it. If work has not begun, the order can be canceled. However, if the designer has already started, cancellation is unfortunately not possible.
As our products are custom-made and unique, we do not offer a return policy. Each product is made specifically for you, and we strive to ensure it meets your expectations.
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or deviates from your order in any way, we will of course send a replacement without hesitation. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if any issues arise.
We offer unlimited minor revisions to the original design. If major changes are needed—such as using a new photo or creating a new version—this can be done once free of charge. For additional changes, a small fee may be charged to cover production costs.
Please make sure to upload a high-quality photo that meets our guidelines to ensure the best possible result.
If you regret your purchase, you will naturally receive a refund for the amount you paid.
In case of depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs incurred if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notification of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided documentation that the item has been returned.
All rights to workshops, courses, events, and digital products belong to Dyreportratter.dk.
Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the purchased product as specified in the product description.
Your digital product is personal and may not be sold, forwarded, lent, gifted, or otherwise distributed—either privately or commercially. This applies to all online content, downloads, live sessions, workshops, and courses.
