Do you create portraits of people?
We offer the option of creating human portraits, but it is not our primary specialty. If you would like to inquire about a human portrait, you are always welcome to contact us at info@Petxel.com. We are happy to assess whether we can accommodate your request.
Can you create portraits of all kinds of pets?
Yes! We can create portraits of all types of pets – dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, horses, guinea pigs, and many more. Our artists are experienced in capturing the unique expression of every kind of pet.
How do I order a pet portrait?
The ordering process is simple:
Choose your desired theme/design from our webshop
Upload a clear photo of your pet
Select the size and any optional extras (e.g., a digital copy)
Complete the payment
Our artists will start creating your unique portrait
You will receive your finished portrait within 7–14 days
How long does it take to receive my portrait?
The delivery time varies depending on the season and demand, but it usually takes between 4 and 10 business days from order to delivery.
Are your portraits digital or printed?
Our portraits are digital illustrations delivered as high-quality printed posters. This ensures durability and an attractive presentation in your home.
Can I return my portrait?
Since our portraits are personalized products, they unfortunately cannot be returned. If, contrary to expectations, there are any errors or defects in your portrait, we kindly ask you to contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Do you also create portraits for companies or organizations?
Yes, we offer special solutions for businesses, veterinary clinics, pet stores, and other organizations. Contact us to learn more about our business solutions and volume discounts.
Can I choose the background or theme for the portrait?
At the moment, we do not offer the option to customize the background or theme, but we are working on developing new designs and themes. Keep an eye on our website for updates.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free delivery to everyone.
What if I am not satisfied with my portrait?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your portrait, we kindly ask you to contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are happy with your portrait.
Can I have a portrait made of animals other than dogs and cats?
Absolutely! We offer portraits with up to 2–3 pets in the same picture, depending on the theme. We also have specific designs for pairs or groups of pets.
Can I see a draft before the final portrait is completed?
Yes, we will send you a digital draft for approval before finalizing your portrait. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request adjustments to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the result.

Is a frame included with the portrait?
Our portraits are delivered without a frame as standard, allowing you to choose a frame that matches your interior. However, we offer frames as an additional purchase – see the product for pricing.
